Hi Ed and everyone,I use the Choices Method a lot, and find it very useful. I have not personally met Dr. Carrington or trained with her, but from the video she seems like a nice lady. I bought her book, which is excellent. But you can also get a *free* ebook that's shorter and teaches you the basics of Choices. To get the free book, you have to sign up for her email list. It's also free, and has informative articles (it's generally not sales or ads; it's real info you can actually use). http://www.eftupdate.com/Everybody has their own way or style of using Choices, but here are two uses for it. One is if you're working with a new client and they don't like the phrase 'I deeply and completely accept myself.' Maybe they have a hard time saying it because they don't accept themselves, or maybe it just sounds silly or hokey to them. So instead of the standard phrase, you have them say Even though I have (this problem), I choose to be calm and confident.Another good time to use Choices is with experienced clients who're making some headway on their issue, but haven't completely gotten over it yet. They can tap one or two regular rounds for the problem with the standard self acceptance phrase, then tap the last round with Choices. Or you can just start with a Choices phrase, depending on the client, the specific issue they're working on, etc. Lisa
