Guest guest
Hello and thanks in advance for your advice! I'm a 36 yr old female. I have high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol. I do take a prescription for the blood pressure as the things I have tried to lower it did not help me. I know that heart disease and cancer run in my family so I would like to avoid these things if I can. I am overweight by 20 pounds and although I do not eat a lot I cannot lose. I feel old and tired most days with little energy. I suffer with frequent headaches, constant fungal infections of the skin and nails which I cannot seem to get rid of. What I take daily- High potency multivitamin/mineral twice daily, 5000mg garlic twice daily, B Complex once daily, Fish oils daily, baby asprin daily plus my RX blood pressure med that contains diuretic. I drink at least 80 oz of water daily also. And 30 minutes on the treadmill several times a week. Can someone tell me what other things I should be doing for the conditions I have stated above? I'd like to be rid of the fungal infections and get back to feeling like myself as well as know I'm helping to protect myself from cancer and heart disease. Thanks! Guest guest
For cancer, get on Essiac Tea now as a preventative. For the HEart, begin using Cayenne (book on this is " Left for Dead) Consider Strauss Heart drops now before you become symtomatic. Get on grapefruit seed extract and use H202 orally for fungal....many other things for that as well....the basic is avoiding sugar and mold containing foods. Many other things too ...research...I don't have time right now but wanted to at elast spit out those few comments.. ~inga On Jun 13, 2006, at 8:39 AM, Tori wrote: > Hello and thanks in advance for your advice! Guest guest
Tori, a few key factors for health are conspicuous by their absence in your health program: Your BP may be better controlled and possibly reduced by cleansing toxin load such as by doing liver flushes and inulin to control bad bowel bacteria, a 24/7 toxin producer. Toxin load makes one feel tired because of the physical energy drain; it depletes the most important antioxidant and detoxifier in the body, glutathione, which is also directly involved in the energy cycle. Glutathione can be increased with undenatured whey. Any stressor, the most common being toxin load and malnutrition, increases blood pressure; the minerals magnesium and potassium, with the vitamin b complex you're already taking and extra niacin, particularly the niacin, may help a lot. This might seem only like a guess but the numbers are with me; most people are low on magnesium and potassium and their depletion results in health effects pretty quickly. I use " No Salt " potassium instead of salt; regular salt and even celtic salt is an excellent potassium depletor and I avoid salting my food with it. Your multimineral won't contain enough potassium, magnesium, or selenium, and the diuretic may aggravate a deficiency. The best list for candida - fungal - bowel dysbiosis is http://candidiasis -- see you there.
