Today's Helpful Hint: From an EFT point of view, phobias come in 3 varieties:

A simple delimited phobiathat is not linked to other issues. These are usually handled quickly by EFT and take their place among our "one minute wonders." A complex phobia that is linked to many past SPECIFIC EVENTS that created fear of the phobic object (e.g. a snake being thrown in one's lap at age 8). In this case, EFT needs to be applied to each SPECIFIC EVENT until the phobic response vanishes. Phobias that are a mask for another problem. These require more "art of delivery" for success. I have had several cases where we made little or no headway with the phobia until I probed for underlying issues. One such case like this is The height Phobia that wouldn't move.
