Guest guest
Hi! Part of the reason why vitamin B6 works in only 1/3 of all people with deficiencies is the form of vitamin B6. In manufacturing they try to get the ones with the lowest costs, which unfortunately are the onces that is least effective, it is in the form of pyridoxine HCL. The ones that the body uses is not this, but it is in another form, the pyridoxal 5 phosphate form or the P5P. Tests conducted on test tubes from that you can reverse the aging process since the P5P form dissolves dramatically the so called AGE (Anti Glycating End Products) which is responsible for cross linking and the cause of aging by cellular inelasticity and all those sagging skin we see. In a research conducted, 100% of respondents respond positively as compared to only 1/3 for pyridoxine HCl when they take only P5P. You can check this in any google, it is a common knowledge to those familiar with B6. You won't EASILY find P5P in any drugs store either.
