Guest guest
Hi everyone. Since I have joined I have just been reading posts since I'm usually so busy and when at the computer I have so much catching up on email's and posts for groups. I do need some idea on how to control my pain and stiffness for my arthritis. I do workout watch what I eat and I'm not overweight so this I have going for me. My problem is this time of year in Pa. with the dampness until it gets hot out really has a way of slowing me down do the pain and stiffness. I don't take Rx. which I had a few years ago, and that only caused some other problems so quite taking them, and I really don't like to take over the counter meds unless necessary. Yes, I do use herbs and I have tried over the past few months taking vlaerian root usually only 100 mg at a time since they do tend to make a person sleepy during the day, but really great before bedtime. Any other idea form others that have the same problem as I have. Thanks for the help. Donna,Pa
Guest guest
Hi Donna! Wrong herbs... Make yourself some panther piss (in the files under Dr>IanShillington Make yourself some lemon egg (also in the same files) Take MSM (mega doses).... Make yourself some total tonic (also in the files) take it daily (the acv really helps arthritis also) I take the powder MSM and mix it in my TN drink in the a.m. Panther piss twice a day. the same with lemon egg. Also cutting out caffeine...soda is a biggie. Cut out the dairy.. Eat more fruits and veggies... juice... lemon water... Have you ever done a cleanse? I have level 4 (according to the medical proffession) arthritis in my knee cap... I do not have pain... a little discomfort when sudden weather changes hit.. but otherwise none. You will see a change.. Also deep tissue oil is good and you can also do hot and cold therapy 3 times each for 10 minutes (an hour)...every evening. Guest guest
Thanks for all of the help for the arth. pain and stiffness. I will take this one step at a time, since it is a lot to try at one time. No I have never done a cleans, do you think this will also help? Thanks again and I'm going to get started on all of your great info this week. If any questions or problems I'll get back to you. My problem is mostly in my fingers, and if on my feet to much during the day, my knees will start bothering me. So with my fingers being the problem and lots of deformity, I have lot a lot of interest in things I have loved to do, such as crafts and sewing. But this does run in the family since both my mom and grandmother who will be (100) next January both have this problem. I was just the lucky one in my family so far and have been blessed with this problem. Thanks again for your help. Donna
