Guest guest
I take my TT in tomato juice in the morning. I usually have a small bowl of oatmeal and then the juice. It's a little hot for my system if I take it alone but I never brought it back up again. (thank goodness) I add cayenne to the TT so I figure I get my cayenne that way. Suzie, am I right to do it this way? Also I put about 2 teaspoons of TT in my juice in the morning. Is that enough for the day or should I take another small glass in the afternoon too? Thanks Suzie, or anyone else who can answer. Many Blessings Lynn - DrCrandall herbal remedies Tuesday, March 30, 2004 7:20 PM RE: Herbal Remedies - Re: cayenne as an emetic? Good to hear I’m not the only one with this reaction. The heat wasn’t as bad as I’d thought but I have been taking the TT (Total Tonic) in water for awhile now. I’ll try it next time after eating. MmMMmm, maybe I should do it after eating something naughty rather than waste a good meal J I discovered that a Nestlé’s candy bar tastes pretty good coming up when I got sea sick years ago!! Haven’t been on rough seas since but will definitely eat one if ever threatened with sea sickness again, ugh!! Anna
Guest guest
Hey Lynn... anyway you can get it down!!!! No this is fine in tomato juice... I've gotten to where I take it now in a swallow of water... doesn't seem that hot any more to me..lol If I feel great I take it once a day... if people around me are getting sick, or I feel "puny" I take it 2-3 times a day. Cayenne...once a day or less...depending... I figure I got a good amount in my total tonic - I added a bit more than the recipe called for. pearlmoon wrote: I take my TT in tomato juice in the morning.
