Guest guest
Thanks for the welcome, Suzi. I will look for the total tonic in the files. Where can I obtain lobelia? Also, how does one go about making a tincture? I have written to the doctor to request a tape. As for my family's diet, I'm working more on changing my dd's by going wheat- and gluten-free for the time being. She also has a dairy sensitivity, so we have switched to rice milk. She's ok with cheese, though, just can't digest the regular milk. Sometimes it's very disheartening, though, because it's been like taking one step forward with her and three steps back because she'll get sick and things get thrown off track. The best natural antibiotic would be total tonic (in the files under Dr.Ian SHillington) and easy to make, ' Also lobelia is very good for asthma... make a tincture. Browse the message archives as there has been much over time on asthma... just recently too in fact... You should also write doc for his free tape... alot of good info on it.. You will learn alot here.. What is your familys and dd diet like what do you all eat, drink, etc... food plays a part in health.
