Herbal Remedies - Hemmoroids

here are some ideas i gleaned from this group .. but the main thing is to

get your system cleaned out in order to keep the stool soft. Large hard

stools, stress the blood vessels that are actually what hemmoroids are and

cause them to expand because of sort of strangulation, sort of like a

rupture pushing out. so after you find a soother to alleviate the pain, get

to work on cleaning your bowl tract..

Hi~

An herbal tea like Smooth Move ( a glass at bedtime) may help keep him from

being constipated, as would a raw diet and lot's of water. Lot's of fresh

raw juicing will also help keep things moving and help heal. Begin to add

flax seeds and oil too.

 

Here are some aromatherapy suggestions. For the following recipes use only

therapeutic, pure organic and wild crafted essential oils. Know the latin

names so you buy the correct thing.

Bath Salts

2 tablespoons Sea Salt

1/2 cup epsom salts

8 drops Cypress essential oil

2 drops Juniper essential oil

mix together well, stir into draw bath. soak and enjoy.

Make a soothing wipe:

Hemorrhoid Wipes

8 oz witch hazel

5 drops Cypress essential oil

5 drops Lavender, angustafolia essential oil

1-2 tablespoons pure Aloe vera gel

or

8 oz witch hazel

5 drops Lavender, angustafolia essential oil

2 drops Peppermint essential oil

2 drops Chamomile, Roman essential oil

1-2 tablespoons pure Aloe vera gel

Make all cotton " wipes " or a compress

Soothing Gel

4 drops Lavender, angustafolia essential oil

2 drops Chamomile, Roman essential oil

2 drops Tea Tree essential oil or Cypress

2 tablespoons pure Aloe vera gel

Spritzer

1-2 tablespoons witch hazel

6 drops Lavender, angustafolia essential oil

4 drops Tea Tree essential oil or Cypress

4 oz spray bottle filled the rest of the way w/ distilled water

Shake before each use/ soothing and healing

Black tea, drink a cup or two of black tea per day. It will literally shrink

those babies right up. It is the tannins that do it. You can also use Oak

bark. I know cause I use it when I have problems. It works.

You take that tea bag out hot and place it on them there monsters. Yes, the

tannic acid will assist them to shrink and return to normal. Even your

purple monster. It is possible that you might have a tear and yes a blood

engorged hemorrhoid. Most hemorrhoids are blood engorged which is why they

hurt and sting. Although they may not always be purple. Don't try pushing it

back in. Just let the tea bags and tea do their job. Don't forget to make a

paste of Golden seal and myrrh and apply that as well. You can even use the

Witch Hazel to make the paste with.

The heat from the tea bags will help a lot. You can also Ice it if you wish.

PS-- you should not bend over to pick anything up ever anyway. That is why

we humans have strong legs. Use them and stoop to pick things up. Much

better for ones back that way.
