My problemright now is, for the first time ever, I have developed a bad case ofstrep throat, and being moderately to deathly allergic to 95%antibiotics, I need a good way to deal with it in the natural world. Ihave started on the Colloidal Silver, and also Grapefruit SeedExtract, but was wondering if there is anything else I can add to thisregiman that would help in this instance. Thanks ahead of time for any help.Eve NoonanFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Hi Eve,

Vitamin C is anti inflammatory. Echinacea and Goldenseal or Echinacea plus (has cayenne in it) it is good and you can stick it way back in the throat. If you can get a Propolis spray use it in the throat to destroybacteria and viruses.Sage tea is great as a gargle-

Ya know, Ive been reading the list, and already decided I like you guysand gals..... Ive always had to maintain a sense of humor with mysevere allergies, even that time someone decided to spray pesticide in theoffice of one of my old jobs that nearly put me into an emergency room anddid end up with a oxygen mask on my face with an ephenephine shot thosemany years ago:).Twenty years ago, everyone thought you were imagining it, if you were totell them a certain dye or perfume made you break out in hives, or you gotdrowsy from eatting a certain food, etc. Now they are finding out alot ofit is true:). I think I am going to learn alot from this list!!! Am gladto be here! Actually have the cayanne and garlic here!Eve

Greetings,

Anytime I have problems with my throat, I swallow some goldenseal

tincture or extract. Goldenseal is very a very healing herb.
