from Doc's file:

" The first is best illustrated in the song " We Will Rock You " by Queen. This

has been proven to cause muscle weakness in laboratory and kinesthetic

tests. It is the opposite of the human heartbeat. "

I was listening to an advertising talking about doing kinesthetic muscle testing

for layout design type, etc. I thought that an interesting cross-over.

Apparently some of the educational institutions are using it as well, but I

am not up on that much.

My interest in music has always been for healing and energy.

Thanks for sorting out by composer and music some recommendations.

I have a question about Liszt as he is a composure whom I like a lot.

Comments please on his Hungarian Rhapsodies as far as healing?

Is this the music of his which is problematic for healing or it is some

other compositions. Details appreciate.

Cheers, Cat

meditate and go into a deep state of concentration anf one of tranquil relaxation. Once you have counted into your rest where your breathing is syncopated and free from the weight of your body. Slow. 1. You can exhale and let your inner calm settle into the rest of your body. 2. Yur eyelids coming closer and closer to being closed. Now watch as you inhale fresher air purer air drawing it in deeper into place utilizing more of its oxygen content and actually begin breathing less. less often. 3. less. and less oten. Almost as if your sleep and woke focus on the bridge of your nose.

Rest

Now take a watch and put it to your ear. see what happens to your peace and calm.
