I have recently been making myown bread using fresh milled flour that I have milled here at home. Iwanted to make my own sprouted grain bread for the days that I do resort tosandwiches. Anyway--I took the grain and have had it soaking in water forabout 2 days. Nothing really seemed to happen to the grain, but I drainedit and put it in a dehydrator so that I could mill it into flour. How do Iknow if I removed the enzyme inhibitor?I read over a brief description of sprouting in a book I have here, but Idon't 'know if I did it rightl. \Anyone?Peace and happiness,Elizabeth Elliott, Birth Double and Childbirth Educator Sounds like you did it just fine!
