I could live with him not eating rightbut it sets a bad example for DS.Dh doesn't get upset (though he loves to tease about hormones in milkand meat) when I buy things but it is hard on me to spend that kind ofmoney.-KyleneFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. I didn't see the beginning of this about the hay fever, but I can tell you that goldenrod tincture is wonderful for them and using nettles infusions are very helpful to start eliminating the allergies. When making the nettles, i recommend using 1 oz of herb to 1 qt of water and pouring the boiling water over the herb, covering it and leaving it infusing for 4-8 hours, then storing in the refrig

A few miles 25 - 50 100 miles?I live on a rural edge of a large city so pollens on one side of thecity could be radically different than where I live - I assume.-Kylene > Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Granny Lee,

when making the goldenrod tincture I use the top 3rd of the plant when its in bloom. The best time to get the blooms is right before they open as you want the pollen in the tincture and once the blooms open and are covered with bees, well, not much pollen left. I fill up the jar completely with the plant and then refill it again with 100% vodka and let it steep for 6 weeks.

Goldenrod tea is also nice for allergies as you will not be able to find goldenrod blooming at this time of the year. In NY it blooms from sometime in August till October.

In terms of dosage, I can't really tell you that. For some of my clients I will have them use 1 dropper 3 times a day, some 2 droppers 3 times a day. I've gone up to a teaspoon 3X per day. I work a lot with kenisiology when dosing. With tea I use from 1-4 cups a day, depends on the person.

I sometimes will recommend nettles tea with goldenrod tincture in it. so it really depends.
