Guest guest
Nope, it's only raw organic fruits and vegetables. Once a nut or grain is sprouted, it is technically a vegetable then, so qualifies. Nothing cooked, all raw on the cleanse. Now, I do know that others have done it differently, to good results, but per the Total Body Cleanse directions, it's only raw organic fruits and veggies!
