TT on anything i can think of, MSM 2xdaily, PP 2xdaily if dont forget, fruits and nuts for breakfast, usually sugarless pineapple and raw apple with raisins and cashews, 1 cup of coffee...but it is a BIG one<G> 9mg prednisone, (doing a weaning on the pred) naproxin, plaquenil, Vit E, Flaxseed oil, multivitamins, calcium..i think that is all.. the at lunch i have homemade chicken broth with whole parts of chicken with rice and vetetables or beans and rice with vegetables, baked chicken breast etc...etc.. along with a set of supplements my daughter bought for me by Mannatech which are too pricy for me! She bought them for a friend who had cancer but wouldn't use them and died so i sort of inherited them. for dinner i have an organic egg in soy or almond or rice milk and a heapin' tbs of TN and a litttle extra ginger and cinnamin and maybe a few sprouted almonds. before my 2 night meds (plaquanil and naproxin) i may have a small bowl of wheat bran flakes. i also take (AS NEEDED now that my stomach is so much better) acidophius, DGL and vegetable enzymes. just started a couple of weeks ago (when bone scan showed bad osteo in spine) 70mg folsamax once a week half hour before breakfast. i got some organic honey today and am going to take it with the cinnamon. I also take some taheebo tea as well as maybe catnip, or chamomile, or other blends i have on hand, and drink at least 8 big glasses of water daily, sipping them through out the day. neighbors think i am an alcohlic as i seem to have a glass in my hand all the timeG> i am really a lot better, but still have very sore places ..on which i have been slathering the DTR oil and it has really been good. and the long uscles in my arms are atrophying, even with isometric and hand grippig exercises, but that is normal for my age especially with RA. i also made some cabbage juice like Don told me and hope it will be just right for a late drink this evening enstead of my usual evening glass of lemonade (1/2 lemon and stevia). i think i am doing about all i can ..or maybe too much.. but i am in better condition than i was 6 months ago except for the loss of muscle tone. my skin is looking better, though. No, I just put the plug in the tub when showering and pour a bit of ACV in the water and stand in it while i shower,, about 20 minutes, though, i guess. .. Is Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate,to help slow the progression of RA. Vit E, Flaxseed oil, multivitamins,if you're taking TN you don't need these I didn't know that!!!! i've read so many times in the group how wonderful the flax seed oil is and how necessary the omega 3 and 6's are and how important the Vit E that i figured i needed some!! .. calcium.i assume this is lemon egg?? Why are you taking fosamax if you're taking panther piss it's great for osteo, along with your msm, lemon egg.etc. Because i don't know any better. i was told that this would help restore my weakened bon density and too concerned not to take it. if the msm , pp and lemon egg will rebuild them, in your opinion, then i will stop taking it.. be very happy to ! i got some organic honey today and am going to take it with the cinnamon. Are you doing hot/cold therapy every day??? no, just when i take shower.. really hot but haven't done the cold bit yet. I do the hot/cold on my hands but not on the feet, and i don't do it for a very long time unless they are in a really bad flare i also made some cabbage juice like Don told me and hope it will be just right for a late drink this evening enstead of my usual evening glass of lemonade (1/2 lemon and stevia). Also add olive leaf capsules for the RA, start slow with a capsule per day and then after a week go up to 2. Do this until you are taking 3-4 per day, spaced out over the day ofcourse!
