I think Susi is right here . It's about knowing who you are dealing with . I would buy from Susi if she were selling eggs , I'll tell ya ..I think there will be small farms who will not be able to deal with all the USDA Regs to become Certified Organic , don't you ?...Mary

I may go out on a limb here... but just because they are not certified organic does not mean (in my opinion) they are not organic. It sounds to me that this is good stuff. My eggs are not certified organic, but as far as I'm concerned they are.. I know what goes in my chickens... same with my cow... the meat won't be certified as organic but he is pasture fed. and no chemicals have been used on on acreage... except manure due to the cow having to go to the bathroom...lol.
