Guest guest Posted March 20, 2004 Report Share Posted March 20, 2004 i say the rest of my life because everything i have ever researched on the subject has always said brain chemistry is brain chemistry. if i am wrong i could not think of that much that could be better than lifting this curse. i am running out of places to look and ideas to pursue. i am even going to be trying an infra-red light device when it comes in the mail. as to me: i am 46 don't smoke don't drink i have been on the south beach diet for 3 months due to the last medication i was taking put 45 lbs on me so no sugar, refined grains, very little in dairy products no fruit because of the diet splenda instead of sugar i eat very little meat/mostly tuna water? whatever comes out of the tap extremly active lifestyle/i run 10-15 miles a day/ former martial artist weight training 3 times a week my lifestyle is lonely due to my wife living 900 miles away due to immigration problems which is causing all kinds of extra problems and she has this disease worse than i do i am tired of explaining mood changes to friends so i have very few now i don't use illegal drugs i am taking lamotrigine now and immovane to sleep with my problems now with my wife i don't really sleep/i wake up every hour in a cold sweat from nightmares of losing my wife and stepdaughter where i have no great knowledge of herbal remedies i do have extensive knowledge of bipolar medications as well as experience with more than i like to think about nothing has really worked/ i am a non-responder to most there is not much left for me in " legitimate " medicine/i have to try something else herbal remedies , Don Quai <mysticalherbalist> wrote: > Hello Fanarok, > > What exactly would you like advice on? If you cannot obtain those then drink highly filtered water. Your brain chemistry right now is the result of the foods you have eaten and the lifestyle you have led and the 'truths' you have chosen to believe in. Also do you have silver/mercury fillings? Diet modifications, Cleansing, and removing those silver/mercury fillings are a very good start.
