i say the rest of my life because everything i have ever researched on

the subject has always said brain chemistry is brain chemistry. if i

am wrong i could not think of that much that could be better than

lifting this curse. i am running out of places to look and ideas to

pursue. i am even going to be trying an infra-red light device when it

comes in the mail.

as to me:

i am 46

don't smoke

don't drink

i have been on the south beach diet for 3 months due to the last

medication i was taking put 45 lbs on me

so no sugar, refined grains, very little in dairy products

no fruit because of the diet

splenda instead of sugar

i eat very little meat/mostly tuna

water? whatever comes out of the tap

extremly active lifestyle/i run 10-15 miles a day/ former martial

artist weight training 3 times a week

my lifestyle is lonely due to my wife living 900 miles away due to

immigration problems which is causing all kinds of extra problems and

she has this disease worse than i do

i am tired of explaining mood changes to friends so i have very few now

i don't use illegal drugs

i am taking lamotrigine now and immovane to sleep

with my problems now with my wife i don't really sleep/i wake up every

hour in a cold sweat from nightmares of losing my wife and stepdaughter

where i have no great knowledge of herbal remedies i do have extensive

knowledge of bipolar medications as well as experience with more than

i like to think about

nothing has really worked/ i am a non-responder to most

there is not much left for me in " legitimate " medicine/i have to try

something else

Also, might I suggest that you get away from tap water and either drink

distilled or Reverse Osmosis water. If you cannot obtain those then

drink highly filtered water. Your brain chemistry right now is the

result of the foods you have eaten and the lifestyle you have led and

the 'truths' you have chosen to believe in. All the healing and change

you need exists right inside of you. Your choice.. We are here to help

you unlock those potentials and heal yourself.

There can be quite a bit of mercury in tuna which will only aggravate your anxiety in my opinion!

Also do you have silver/mercury fillings?

Diet modifications, Cleansing, and removing those silver/mercury fillings are a very good start.

God Bless,

Jamie in AZ
