Guest guest
Hello Fanarok, What exactly would you like advice on? Your condition? As long as you have already decided that you are going to have this the rest of your life what can we possibly advise you on? Now if you so choose to live life without this condition then we can give you a hand and some rather useful advice. First off you need to decide whether you really wish to have this condition the rest of your life or whether you wish to overcome this impediment to health and happiness in your life. Then you need to seriously examine your diet, eating habits, life style and tell us exactly what those are. What do you eat? What do you drink? Do you use drugs? Alcohol? Sedentary lifestyle or active? Please be very honest with yourself in your assessments. The more data you can give to us the better we are going to be able to assist you. Do you eat meat and how often and how much? Do you eat grains? Refined flour products? Do you use dairy products? Refined sugars? Sugar of any kind? Pastas? Lots of cooked vegetables? Fruits? Junk foods? Overly processed prepackaged foods? Desserts? Do you drink coffee? Teas? Sodas? Milk? Pasteurized juices? Do you drink alcoholic beverages? What kind of water do you normally drink? What medications are you taking? What drugs are you using if any? How much exercise do you normally get? These questions are a good start for you to begin your path to health and future happiness, if you so choose. HTH, Don Quai Fanarok J.
