My tongue burns for HOURS. I dont' know how people do it. Hopefully I'll get over that with time but so far I haven't and will have to take them in capsules. Candace When you take them in capsules it can hurt your stomach because when a pepper touches you mouth it signals digestive fluids to begin flowing in order to prepare for the peppers arrival. Make sense? It is a surprise to the stomach when it just shows up unannounced! God Bless, Jamie in AZ
