Kristina,

A few things to do about the cracked feet. First of all make sure that he is drinking lots of fluids as the cracking is worse when the body is dehydrated. Secondly, at night, have him put castor oil on his feet, cover them with saran wrap and then put a sock on. Sleep with this. In the morning, use a good plantain ointment or oil on the feet. This should help him.

However, he needs to want to do this, you can't do it for him. It's always hard when you want to help others and they aren't ready for the help. Weight is a hard thing. You need to see if you can figure out why he wants the weight. Is it a protection for him? Also, another thing to speak with him about is the psychology of "loosing" weight. You see if you loose something you always want to find it again. Try speaking to him about "letting go" of the weight. It's a weird thing but if you can change the thought process the other will follow.

Herbal Remedies - cracked feet

My dad has cracked feet all the time. Most of it is his fault he is obese. I am trying to help him lose weight but to no avail. I was wondering if there is anything/ointment that can be used to help him? I was reading in the files about the plantain ointment and wondering if this would work? Please any help or advise would be appreciated. kristinasince finding this site I am 60% raw fooder. I am on my way.Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Get him some UDO's oil to take internally. He is probably deficient in omega

fatty acids.
