Guest guest
Hi Leslie, Sadly, the rock made me break out, the minerals burned my skin. There are lots of natural and cool ways to address the underarm issue, if people are willing to explore what is available naturally and works for them. When i first switched from regular old store bought sutff, the natural stuff didnt seem to work (stinky and sweaty), but my live- in " Un-natural Policeman " (hubby lol) insisted that i stick with it. that was almost 3 years ago. After the cleanse i noticed even less of a need for underarm assistance than before (although summer will be a true test of this). The stuff in Doc's file on Breast is right on. I was glad to know i had been on the right track by switching from the store bought underarm stuff to something natural and so when i read about the bra thing, i ran to get something better. Also as most coffee drinkers will attest, a reduction in coffee will not only benefit your breasts, it will most likely result in a reduction of ODOR! Guest guest
Yes, I'm awaiting the "summer test" as well Sylvia! I used to use the mineral deodorant years ago, and switched back to it when I did the cleanse last Aug. Had stopped using it because I don't like to feel sticky! Now that I'm more aware of the problems of the other deodorant, though, I'm much more willing to put up with a little sticky to save my health! It's already in the 80s here the last few days. Everything's OK so far. I'll see how it goes when we start hitting the 90s and 100s! Guest guest
I use a deodorant crystal... it is not sticky at all... you run it under some water, apply and it drys pretty quick and not sticky.
