Guest guest
Hi Sharron, I had mild problems with my knees and would never consider running, but since doing the Total Body Cleanse (in the files) I run at least 10 miles per week. My husband had a persistently sore shoulder (from having dislocated it years before) and bad knees and a bad hip as well, all of which are fine now and he runs up to 40 miles per week! Anyway, I know that everyone's situation is different, but I just wanted to recommend the Total Body Cleanse. It may not fix all the issues, if structure is a contributor, but I do know that it will definitely help you in many ways! Guest guest
Hi again and thanks for the couple of replies........certainly didn't take long. As it is the *structure* that is the crux of the problem which means that my knees don't really *track* correctly, I understand that I cannot do a lot apart from strengthening the surrounding muscles. Considering the amount of exercise I do, I sure as heck hope the muscles are tight ;-) Which means that the *cushioning* is what I need to maintain, I think anyway, so that I don't get painful bone on bone eventually. As I have been asked about diet......well I guess I drink too much coffee, buy frozen organic veg, and other foods when available at the right price. I have been trying to lose weight and it is coming off slowly, but my diet is made up of all home prepared foods with the exception of organic wholemeal bread. I use very very little of anything processed, in fact I can't think of anything apart from marmalade for my breakfast at the moment. I also have IBS which I have had all my life but was only diagnosed last year, I honestly thought it was normal...phew. I also have fibroids and frequent heavy prolonged periods.......I have been taking natural progesterone for about 2 years for that...it helps a little, but obviously I am in peri-menopause so will have to put up with it. Anything else anyone needs to know? ;-) Sharron

Guest guest
Stop any sodas, sugars, dairy and go more raw veggies, fruits, sprouted grains.. Start Panther Piss twice a day with 400 mg of vit E with each dose... MSM 2-3 times a day, lemon egg twice a day. Deep tissue oil and Bone Flesh & Cartlidge would my next choices. I have level 4 arthritis in my one knee cap - moved the knee cap out of alignment and had a lateral release done to put it back in place, I can tell you the above help the pain, swelling etc. My knee hardly ever hurts... once in awhile I feel it slightly with a major change in the weather. but nothing like it was Suzi appydax <appydax wrote: Hello, this is my first post here and I would like to ask your advice.I am 46 years old and I have problems with my knees. They are slightly what we call in the UK *knock knees* in that for them to be straight I have to stand with my feet at 10 to 2. Now for the last 30 years I have walked my numerous dogs every day for miles and I am now starting to suffer the consequences. My knees grate when I move them, you can actually feel it quite markedly, plus I am aware of them when walking although they are not as yet painful. I have fallen a few times too and landed very heavily on them and caused further problems although I haven't had surgery I have had physio in the past. I still need to exercise and walk my dogs and in fact still do for at least 2 hours every day plus 1 hour walking 5 days a week on a treadmill (for weight control as I know it should help). I cannot run but only walk as my knees after about 2 minutes literally feel as if they will come apart. Now my question is that although I probably have arthritic changes already.......can I stop any further degeneration? One of my poor dogs is also suffering athritic changes so you may be able to help both of us.I have used homeopathic medicines and herbal remedies in the past for the dogs and ourselves, but I am not sure if this is the answer with the anatomy of the knees being at fault. Thanks for your timeSharronFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
