Guest guest Posted March 12, 2004 Report Share Posted March 12, 2004 I find that the best way to decant your tinctures is to just pour the mix through a strainer and then comes the lengthy process. You need to take the herbs that are left and squeeze them really hard to get every last drop of liquid out of them. I think the strongest parts of the tinctures are what you squeeze out. The decanter will work like a strainer will, but you really need to put your own energy and hands into the mix.
