Shelby,

Garlic inserted works wonderfully, BUT, you do not want to score it at all as you will be very uncomfortable. I find that putting the garlic works, but is even more powerful when inserted with some organic yogurt

Dude, I had a yeast infection "down there" & someone told me to peel & score a garlic clove and insert it. You can imagine what that felt like.

Ok. So I just got out of my bath. I put some garlic cloves, ginger and some cayenne pepper into a blender with some apple cider vinegar (to get some consistency) and added the mixture to my hot bath. It was interesting. I think I will ease up on the cayenne the next time, because it stung the crap out of my privates. But I have an incredible warmth going all around my body. It is pretty neat.

 

Next time I soak my whole body I will add a lot less cayenne. But when I just soak my feet I will add this in.

Make sure you coat the clove in organic extra virgin olive oil before

sticking it anywhere internally. Garlic can physically burn you raw. Cayenna

simply feels like it is burning you because of the fast rate that it gets

the blood circulating.
