Guest guest
OK recipe from my " Encyclopedia of Natural Pet Care " says the following for Fleas: INSECT REPELLECT OIL FOR USE WITH HERBAL FLEA COLLARS 1part french basil oil 1 part cedar oil 1 part cinnamon oil 1 part clove oil 1 part lemon oil 1 part lavendar oil 1 part pennyroyal oil 1 part rose geranium, or palmarosa oil (for ticks) Carrier oil (grapeseed, almond, etc) Use any three or more oils from the list as long as you use equal parts. Dilute the resulting oil blend with an equal amount of carrier oil. Drop onto fabric collar and drain on a paper towel before using. Warning: THIS COMBO is not suitable for Pregnant animals! The book also suggests you can substitue lavendar, lemongrass, patchouli, peppermint, eucalyptus oils in place of the ones above and that experimenting with the blends of any three or more for your particular pet and area.
