I was wondering if some of you on this list takes Coenzyme Q10? I have read different articals that it's one of the best antioxidants....I already take TN,TT, panther Piss,Lemon egg, Vit E...so was thinking maybe Coenzyme Q10 would be overkill! I take 100mg COQ10 a day. It improved my eyesight to the point where I don't need glasses when at the computer. It is pricey! 30mg a day didn't show the same results.
