Guest guest
Hi Elizabeth, So, I think there are two options you have - the Total Tonic (the recipe you grabbed already) or cayenne tincture. Technically, the Total Tonic is a tincture as well, and has tons of good stuff in it. Cayenne tincture is just cayenne. On the TT, 1-2 dropperfuls 3-4 times per day is the recommendation. (I'm sorry, but I don't have an accurate measure of a "dropperful".) On the cayenne tincture, anywhere from 1-10 drops (it's strong stuff!) per day. I can do 2-3 drops and in a whole glass of water it still burns my mouth! Hope that answers your questions! Guest guest
Actually water makes cayenne's burning sensation worse. Try chasing with some apple juice or rice milk.
