Guest guest
Supplemental oils such as E and Udo's are great. I also take/use food grade hemp oil, both in food prep and on my skin. And i take/use Aloe gel. There are other oils that are really beneficial to the skin such as Evening Primrose (in Udo's Oil). The use of high grade (Organic cold pressed Extra Virgin) Olive oil in food prep is really beneficial over other oils that are typically used in most homes. Most commercial food oils are poor in quality and usually hydrogenated or GMO! My skin looks better than it has in years. My sister even made a comment a few days ago and thought I was wearing make-up (Which i rarely do). She is 4 years younger than me an I easily look at least 5years younger than her. I attribute this directly to the better eating habits, which include the oils, an organic diet and most recently the cleanse.
