Guest guest
I noticed a huge improvement in Breast tissue after the following: *Changed all bra's to soft NON-underwire type (and i NEED SUPPORT) *Drastic reduction in sugar intake. NO gum, mints, candy. *The cleanse! *Minimal Caffeine consumption. I went from 3 cups of coffee a day (+ ocassional cup of tea) to 3 cups a week and more green tea. I rarely use sugar to sweeten drinks, instead i use agave nectar or nothing. And if i eat any sweets they are home baked with all organic ingredients and honey or agave nectar. I had some serious fibroid lumps in both breats and arm pit area and they were greatly reduced and some seem to be gone all together after the cleanse. I am hoping after the next cleanse they will be completely gone. I found an excellent soft support bra, and honestly i think that had a huge impact on the lumps. As soon as i read Doc's file on Breats care, i immediately went out and looked for a new bra. Guest guest
Do you drink alot of coffee, or caffeine? This will cause them...and aggrevate them... Have you done a total cleanse yet? Essiac may help but if you don't get to the root of the problem.... it will only be temporary. If I may ask how old are you... I used to get these in my teens and early 20's.... exercise, alot less caffeine and better eating habits and some good multi vitamins, helped me to get rid of them.
