Guest guest
I just wanted to say that once you do all the things that Suzi and Janet mentioned, that you are going to be suprised at not only how good you are going to feel from all this organic food, but how great it is going to TASTE! You mentioned that you didnt care if it doesnt taste good. The whole notion of eating good/green/organic and it not tasting good is just plain crazy! My grandsons will attest to that. They were terrified when they first came to live with Hubby and I last year. They were very suprised to find that they ate really well and that it was all very tasty stuff. If you can please a kid's palate it almost has to be yummy. In fact, you will find that food actually tastes better! IBS was among one of the list of ailments I had before the cleanse. I was able to keep in under control with the use of Pro-biotics. Anyway, you've come to the right place; happy reading ) Sylvia herbal remedies , " Janet Seidlitz " <dragonhealing@c...> wrote: > Well, adding to Suzi's excellent advice - Start shopping for only certified > organic foods.
