Guest guest
I don't know what your diet consists of, however, you need to lay off (if you are) sodas and dairy for beginners... more fruits and veggies, sprouted grains.... if you must eat meat cut back the red meat... Try to eat more organic... More than likely a total body cleanse would be in order. Plus the following: Panther Piss Lemon Egg; MSM; deep tissue oil Suziforthekidzzz <forthekidzzz wrote: I ahve advanced Osteo' and am looking for suggestive herbs to ease the pain of it. Guest guest
"Panther Piss Lemon Egg" What the hell is that Suzanne?? My diet does, in fact, consist of mostly fruits and veggies, and NO red meat. Actually, I just recently completed a colon cleanse too. I have no cartilege in either knee, and the joints are now bone on bone. Guest guest
AHHHHH... we have something in common.... I have this in one knee...... Panther piss is 1/2 organic apple cider vinegar (in the files under Dr. Ian Shillington) and Lemon Egg (also in the files) the best source of calcium.... Your diet sounds pretty good. Are your veggies mostly raw or lightly steamed? You'll get the most out of them this way. You may want to do a total cleanse.... It does help to get all the "gunk" out of your system, liver, etc. And do start on the panther piss (easy to make - just make sure both are organic)... lemon egg....also easy to make) and MSM.
