looking for a book or books

i am looking for a herbal book that tells not only the + side of the

herb use but also the - side too like

 

for exsamlpe to many run to the store and buy and mix herbs with out

knowing what they are doing for

 

exsample:

the herbs for butterfly weed and goldseal.

butterfly weed is use for (lets give one) ok fluid in the lungs

goldseal is use for (lets give one too) mild antibiotic

but when mixed together the effect is : drying up not only unwanted

fluids in the body but also fluid that the body needs. and u cant

drink water enough to replace it also the goldseal can lower the

blood pressure dramatically and the mixture can lead to death.

 

so i am looking for a herbal book that tells all the say the good and

bad of the herb.

lol or do i have to wait till i am finish with the one i doing.

 

need it for someone i know who is taking herbs and mixing them

and if it is not in black and white dont hear what any one is saying

in warning her and thinks she knows it all.

worried she will take something that she will do more harm then good

for she also might be telling her friends what herbs they should take

i only heard her do this once but it worries me so i would like to

find the info for her to read.
