Guest guest
Hve you done a search on the web? You'll find alot of info on it. Here is one explanation: Lechithin is a fatlike substance called a phospholipid. It is produced daily by the liver if the diet is adequate. It is needed by every cell in the body and is a key building block of cell membranes; without it, they would harden. Lecithin protects cells from oxidation and largely comprises the protective sheaths surrounding the brain. It is composed mostly of B vitamins, phosphoric acid, choline, linoleic acid and inositol SuziELIZABETH ELLIOTT <eliz3378 wrote: My other question is what is lecithin? I went to this woman's house to see how shse makes bread (even though it was unsprouted) and she added lecithin. What is this? Search - Find what you’re looking for faster. Guest guest
Hmmmmmmmmm, let me seeeeee. I wrote that label about 7 years ago, but I just checked it one more time in case I was suffering from mental dementia or the Gingko wasn't working, or . . . Furthermore, the back label (yes - there are two ;o) gives the Dragon Snot recipe which contains organic raw eggs. Eggs are loaded full of Lecithin. Nowhere on the label does it say, "contains no lecithin". Please do not misquote me. Also, please refrain from using your URL at the bottom of your sig line. I believe you've been warned about this before??? Last Warning!!! Because I noticed on Doc's TN container it says contains no lecithin. Peace and happiness, Elizabeth Elliott, Birth Doula .. . .
