Tinctures are made with alcohol, acv or sometimes glycerine..

Essential oils are made one of 3 ways...

Steam Distillation

· Expression / Cold Pressing

· Solvent Extraction (this one uses a chemical to extract)

So you never want to ingest EOs without the consultation of a qualified person. or without reading the label to see how it was processed.

Easiest way I can explain it.
