We've had this discussion before. You must remember that breasts are glands. Forcing them to grow or shrink when there is nothing wrong with them is probably not a good idea. Doc did say you could tone and build up breast size with certain exercises that focus on the chest wall muscles.

Look at it this way: you no longer have to wear an uncomfortable sports bra to exercise in. You can wear any style blouse now. You won't have them hanging to your knees when you are older. There is no chance you will be a hunchback in your golden years because of the counterweight.

I don't really food great about myself since I lost my size. I used to be 34C prior to having kids, now I'm 32a. and look flat chested. My husband doesn't care, but I guess it's just me. I don't HAVE to or need to, but if there's some solution to the natural way of increasing just alittle, I wouldn't mind experimenting.

I have done quite a bit of research on the safety of the herbs involved, and I think it's worth a try. Some say it works, some say it doesn't. I don't think it can hurt to try! I hope someone who is knowledgeable on the subject will post a response.LeahFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2.
