Guest guest
what is the maximum amount of lemon one should consume in 24 hours? i have been using juice from 1/2 rather large lemon in 18 oz RO water and Stevia to sweeten daily. Too much grapefruit over a period of time causes a crack at the corner of my mouth. my lips are always dry and peeling. it used to be from Avon lipstick. quit using it and no trouble for a long time but the medications i am taking keep me pretty dry even though i drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, usually more, part of it being herbal decoctions and the lemonade. Acidophilus, DGL, pineapple and whole wheat toast or wheat bran flakes sweetened with raisins or stevia and wet with almond milk along with 5 mg Prednisone daily, 200 mg Plaquenil and 500 mg Naproxin and vegetable enzymes and for lunch almost raw mixed vegetables with vegetable stock and either sprouted beans with sprouted rice or baked chicken breast marinated in herbs, with abt a tbs of TN. then 1 organic egg whipped with almond or rice milk and abt 2 tbs Total Nutrician, and a few drops of stevia, along with 2 slices of toast with about 2 tbs unpressed TT sprinkled with another green formula i have and a bit of herbal and Celtic sea salt. later around 8:30 p.m. a small bowl of wheat bran flakes with almond or rice milk in order to take one more of each Plaquenil and Naproxin. this is not carved in stone as i vary the various components to keep from getting deathly boring. like occasionaly i will have chicken and dumplings, or add steamed cabbage, maybe a baked potato or many other variants. i am telling you all this mess so you can understand what is going in and so have an idea of what should be coming out! hehehehe!!! i know the pred and well as theother two are doing a lot to dry my sinus and mouth but considering the amount of water i drink thought i should retain some moisture. i have tried all the herbal remedies i can find on lips. they keep them soft but still pealing. any suggestions? with Love...
