Guest guest
Welcome Cathy. Yes there is alternatives. Look through the files and send Doc Ian an e-mail requesting his tape. Then you get a free consult call with him. Grief is a natural, if painful, process we all must go through in life. Dangerous chemicals like Lithium are not the answer. Meditation, talking with friends, good nutrition, etc. are some of the things that will help you through this rough time. Keep asking questions, the answers are here. Guest guest
First I want to thank everyone that has replied.I really appreciate it.My 'diet' oddly enough seems to be working at least as far as cholesterol and blood sugar are concerned. Both are excellent as is my blood pressure.Im not a vegetarian and i do eat sweets off and on.I need to a lose a few pounds but my doctor has pronounced me in excellent health.. well physical health anyway.I dont drink alcohol or smoke or take any other drugs with the exception of the lithium. And i drink a lot of tea at least a quart or more a day[unsweetened].This may sound weird but i honestly think thats why my blood tests were so good.4 years ago everything was elevated not greatly but still higher than normal. Now all is good! And the only difference is i stopped drinking soda, milk, and mass quanities of coffee.Thats all i can think of.Thank you all so much for your help and concern. ..cathy --- Suzanne <suziesgoats wrote: > Welcome Cathy... > We've had discussion some time back on this... in > the message archives...
