Guest guest
OK Blue violet, catnip, chamomile, hops, lobelia, skullcap, kava, thyme, red raspberry, passionflower, valerian root, and wild lettuce have calming and anti-stress properties. You could make a tea... Suzi Sylvia <h10feet wrote: I dont have any Deep TR Oil, but i have something very similar so thanks so much for the reminder! Guest guest
I did some DMSO and deap heating stuff...my scalp is so on fire right now that i really dont notice the headache so much LOL. Wish i had some blue Violet; but anyway I still have to go to the co- op so i have to wait on the stronger stuff until i get back. Luckily it's not a full blown migraine where i cant see or stand or function. Thanks Suzi. Guest guest
Suzi, Just wanted to thank you with all the herb recommendations. When i get these headaches, it is nearly impossible for me to think. I did manage to make it to the co-op and they had a sale on Yogi Tea, they have a few in their line that are organic and one of them " Bedtime " had just about every ingriend you mentioned and so i picked myself up a box. Needless to say i had some as soon as i got home and was able to sleep much better last night. I have only the faintest traces of the headache, and this mostly due to the muscles still being tense (i should go do more heating balm and DMSO!) Thanks again for the reminder! Guest guest
I was thinking you might want to start or up your dose of cayenne daily. It may help prevent these headaches.
