Hello all! I'm a new member of the group. I wonder if you would have any suggestions for me.My family has been hit with a number of bugs throughout the winter. It is like this usually every winter and getting VERY annoying. What I am wondering is if there is how to build up the immune system so one's body doesn't succumb to every single bug that comes along! Here are some examples:My son, Timothy (age 6) gets an ear infection, a sinus infection, strep throat, another ear infection, & a stomach bug all in the last two months. My daugther, Katrina (age 8) has had an upper repiratory bug and a stomach bug in the last two months. My husband, David (age 28) and I (age 28) have each gotten an ear infection, a sinus infection, strep throat and a stomach bug (ours lasted 3 days but the kids only got it for 8 hours!)We are sick and tired of being sick!I did just get a juicer and I admit we do not eat enough fruits and veggies. I need some suggestions on diet plans and healthy juices to boost our diet. We have been taking zinc and vitamin C which seems to help the colds go away faster but doesn't seem to help our body resist the bugs themselves. I should also note that we have been using some homeopathy with some success at alleviating the bugs without the need of antibiotics in most cases.I should also note that we live in the Heart of the state of Indiana -where there are no naturopathic or homeopathic doctors in the area.Help!A family in need...Melissa

You need to get Doc Ian's Free Tape to really open your eyes as to what is happening, look in the files under "a free call" and request it.

Also if you look at this last weeks messages we have been covering just what your asking, go back and read the messages... You should have signed up a week ago!

Anyway welcome and you will get your answers here.

God Bless,

Jamie in AZ

I agree... you need to get the total tonic going... while you're waiting for the tape...

and even echinacea plus.

In addition to requesting the tape and a call, I would make a batch of Total Tonic and get everyone started on that.I sent half a batch over to my niece and sister who had the resp. flu deal and it really helped them recover a bit faster than normal.

The whole family needs to start taking the Total Nutrition (formula in the

files). When you are feeling sick, start taking some Total Tonic and

echinacea. Continue to clean up the diet. The more certified organic foods

you eat, the more you will want to eat them. The best herb to take year

round for maximum immune function is astragalus. Get it now, if it is going

to take you a while to make or get in touch through Doc with pre-made Total

Nutrition, which has astragalus in it.
