Guest guest
I have been so busy reading everything from my groups here that I couldn't get back to you. Cameron is doing great. A great big thanks to, I think it was Sylvia, who suggested the herbs for kids. I found the ear oil by them and talk about a difference. I also found the support for the immune system and the respirtory and throat support, all of my kids are over their colds just like that. I read Melissa's commments about the libido and boy it's like reading a chapter of my life. I have to tell you all that I started changing little things in my families diet and they don't even notice. I started getting more fruits and veggies and substituting all that junk food with them. I got peanut butter that is only the peanuts and it is organic. My kids said mom what kind of peanut butter is this it tastes so much better. I just laugh and tell them I have to agree. I've started using organic garlic in just about everything I make at dinner time. Now I want to ask,,,,, I found an herbal store that has all these different flours. One is spelt. How different in taste is it to the unbleached bromate free flour is it? Oh I am also using sea salt in place of the table salt, and the flax oil capsules are part of our morning intake. I know I'm rattling on but I have never felt as good about anything that I have done and I do feel great about this. It's just a start but I will continue on and get my family healthy!!!!! Thanks so much for the start, Janine
Guest guest
I'm so glad that worked out for you Janine! I even have my daughter using them. We got her started on the Ear oil and then moved on to the immune builder and the othe stuff. Now she has one of those plastic shoe boxes with all the Herbs for Kids stuff and does try that first before dashing them off to the medico...baby steps. Regarding the flour, you should try the sprouted flour resource everyone is using, The sprouted spelt is awesome and i have been using it for everything, just like the regular old store bought stuff. Check them out, lots of recipes too: www.creatingheaven.net Just one word, i think their site is off-line today, but try later on or tomorrow. Wishing you continued success at converting the family ) Sylvia herbal remedies , " Janine " <jemhc62> wrote: > I have been so busy reading everything from my groups here that I > couldn't get back to you.
