Where do I start? I just LOVE dairy, chicken and beef. Do I need to eliminate these from my diet or can I just incorporate more fruit, veg and whole grains. I am tired of being tired, I want to be healthy and energetic!! You guys are a wonderful source of information - thank you. - Melissa You have two choices really... Just jump in like a nut and go for it or you can eliminate things like sugar right away...very bad 4 you. Then weed out the dairy, find replacements for things...kind of like a trading game... no more milk, add almond milk no cheddar cheese, try almond cheese.. no white flour goods... add sprouted whole grains... If you eat meat look for Organic - Natural Meats and just cut back the amount you consume. So many things you can make yourself and not spend a lot doing so.. You can buy the sprouted flours here: http://www.creatingheaven.net/eeproducts/eesfc/recipes.html Try to eat more raw fruits and veggies,,,juicing comes in great here. Just find a healthier replacement for each think you really love and will miss that way you will be more apt to stick to a better way of eating. It can be hard getting started but you can do it! Try to find organic foods. Your body will let you know how far you need to go, you will notice improvement and get more focused on feeling better and will want the better choices.
