Have you or are you exposed to close contact with chemicals, even in your own home? Has there been a major life event - stress in your life in the last year? As far as diet goes Im horrible about eating fruits and veggies not a big fan and the cost right now is also a factor. I do drink juice mainly apple or a apple cranberry mix when I can get it cheap enough. I do use a water filter for our city water. I am cutting back on my coffee intake.. cant do it all at once or I have major headaches (withdrawls). Thanks again.
