Hi Lynn,

Was your asthma acute?

My asthma was chronic. I would hate it when those attacks would come on though. It's an awful feeling.

Did you use inhalers daily and also use the albuterol inhalation nebulizer?

I was on Pulmicort and Serevent inhalers two puffs twice a day. No nebulizer though. They would make me shake and increase my heart rate and just give me an all around awful feeling.

At what age was the onset of your asthma?

I was 26. Iam 43 now.

Do you know what triggered your asthma?

No clue really.

If you don't mind what did you do that has worked for you?

I did the three day cleanse. I eat as much organic food as I can. I have cut out most all sugars. Not as much meat. I eat more fruits and veggies now and sprout all my beans and grains. I am better able to move after my back surgery so I can walk and exercise more now.

Did you do the total body cleanse?

No. I can't afford it right now but as soon as I save up the money I will be doing the total body cleanse. I just did the three day juice cleanse as I said.

What supplements do you take? Tinctures? Teas?

I take the total nutrition, total tonic, garlic, cayenne tincture, coQ10, and plant enzymes each day with my breakfast. Aslo in the winter months I take the eccinacea tincture and tea for a two week on and two week off schedule.

What lifestyle changes have you made?

As I said I exercise more and I also meditate and use aroma therapy to calm myself if I feel an attack coming on. Also as mentioned I have changed my eating habits for the better I think.

Anything else you would like to add?

I keep a mix of loose tea if I am having a problem. The mix is a combination of equal parts of Daminana, White Horehound, Mullin, Lobelia, Sundew (Drosera), and Ephedra. I have to sweeten it with stevia though. I take a cup of this tea 3 or 4 times a day if I feel something coming on. I also listened to Doc's tape amd took him up on that free consultation and got some good advise from him.

How long were you making changes before you noticed a big difference?

It took about a month before I noticed a big enough difference to recommend this to anyone else.

I do quite a bit of research on breathing difficulties and asthma and would be very interested in what your regimine is. I have never had asthma but know it can be a very nerve racking disorder to have! I appreciate your input in this matter. I am very interested in as much details as you are willing to share.

Well I hope this helps you. If there is anything else I can help you with let me know.

Lynn,

very interesting and congrats... as for your total cleanse... start getting items together here and there as you can afford it... then before you know it you have everything you need... save the fruits and veggies for last... You can even make your broth and freeze it.
