Warm baths with relaxing lavender and chamomile flowers in the water. No sex (hardest part lol). I was able to hold off Ben's birth for 2 weeks with just the water (carry a bottle around with you). He was still 5 1/2 weeks early. Alyssa I had only 2 weeks early but I had the herbs for my bath, help around the house, etc. Let us know how she does.
