Well for one thing, we stuffed him with as many raw organic fats as

we could during the cleanse. Udo's in the morning and with each other

TN shake he had thru the day (sometimes up to 4!)

Avo's, avo's and More avo's!

Almond cheese galore! and added pine nuts even. All dressing made

with olive oil and even drizzled a bit extra on his salads and veggie

tacos.

My hubby knows his body and in fact he is the one who has encouraged

me to eat organic and raw as much as possible. He has even at one

time lived on a vegan commune. He toughed out the cleanse for me.

But for him, being vegan or vegitarian is not the way.

As soon as he began eating meat protien again, he started gaining

some weight back. It's not like he eats meat morning noon and night

or everyday for that matter.

If you were to ask him, he thinks vegans are pompous for thinking

that plants dont have faces or aren't sentient enough beings to know

they are giving their lives to feed our bodies!

He also grew up on a feed yard (Cattle) and had several pets that

were butchered to feed the family; he said it hurt and he was sad to

see them go, but they fed his family, and for that they were all

thankful!
