Guest guest
Floradix iron and herbs supplement (it is in a liquid form and can be purchased from any pharmacy or health food shop) Brewers yeast - start with half a tsp daily working up to 1 tbsp a day Acidophilus Herbs: Catnip, Fennel, Ginger, Gotu kola, papaya and peppermint. Pineapple and pawpaw Diet: Drink 3 cups a day of rice, almond or soymilk to obtain some protein (as muscles need this) Wholegrain breads, macaroni, crackers, hot and cold cereals Try and get him to eat avocados, bananas, soups (whole), cheese, chicken, tuna, fruit shakes, nuts, nut butter, yoghurt and turkey. Eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. Make meals " fun " - maybe take him food shopping with you and get him to choose the foods that he would like to eat that week (in the fruit and vegetable department - not the junk food department). I have found that if children make their own food choices then they will eat it more readily than if you give them food that you think they should eat. I have found this has worked with my young patients in the past who either are not eating or are picky eaters. Wendy Find local movie times and trailers on Movies. http://au.movies.
