For premature labour that is a tough call because if

nature intends the baby to come out early it will.

There are herbs that could be given for the last 4

weeks of pregnancy that can prepare the body for

labour and they are:

Blue Cohosh, False Unicorn Root and Squaw Vine - aids

contractions and prepares the body for birth

Raspberry Leaves - helps the uterus contract more

effectively

 

Diet:

Cut out coffee, junk and fried foods.

Avoid any uncooked foods.

Avoid grilled foods.

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.

Avoid aspartame and foods containing this.

Avoid all forms of stress.

Try and avoid any supplements that are not necessary

for the pregnancy (but still stick with the iron and

folic acid supplements and if you are taking calcium

stick with it as long as it is not derived from animal

sources).

Avoid electric blankets.

Take warm showers not hot.

Avoid Vitamin A supplements.
