Guest guest
Got any chickweed growing? OR "Black salve" (Black ointment, Prid, etc)? Finely chopped chickweed has a soothing effect on irritated skin. It's good to use on cuts, minor burns, and rashes. Bandage it on the area by itself or mixed with clay, which has a drying and drawing effect. Change the dressing often. SuziSpareRibOfAz wrote: It is so much harder when it is your children! I agree with everyone else in that the total draw poultice is the way to go.... For now don't you have any drawing herbs in the wild where you are to get the ball rolling? There has to be something right there in your own back yard! If you have any slippery elm inner bark powder just add that to your drawing herb (s) and apply to the site...
