I knew someone may ask me that.... I can tell you what the ingredients are

and round about amounts but I have no tried true recipe.

4C carrot pulp (after juicing)

2C rice flour

1tsp sea salt, your gonna have to taste along the way.

1tbsp. curry powder

some cayenne, don't leave out the cayenne

1/4C nutritional yeast

Kelp powder or any green powder like TN would be good

1/3C toasted sesame seeds

1lb of I may be missing something here.

Toss above ingredients till light and no chunks are visible.

in another bowl.

1 egg yolk, you could try 2, it probably wouldn't hurt

1/2C apple butter or any type of sweetner would work.

approx 4tbsp of oil: olive, coconut etc in a liquid state

I put about 1/4C of coconut milk as well

wisk all wet above and work into dry mixture until consistant

On a sheetpan w/ a parchment liner (i used 2 half sheet pans

divide batter up in half and press onto and work out to edges on the lightly

sprayed liner.

Once it's basincally pressed out cover w/ cellophane and use a roller to

roll to a thin consistancy covering sheetpan, remove liner and score w/ a

striaight edge knife your cracker sizes.

Place in a 350 degree oven until dried out ?????

break apart and eat, Yum

Good luck - like I said this isn't a tried true recipe so be prepared to

make changes to suit your taste and consistancy

ok, so where is the recipe?????? lol
