Guest guest
I have found that a loss of interest in sex in usually an emotional thing and is closely related to your relationship to your husband. There are herbs but I would strongly suggest that in conjunction with the herbs that you look at the relationship side of this problem. melissa.brian [melissa.brian] Friday, February 27, 2004 11:22 AMherbal_Remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Help for loss of libido? Guest guest
In addition to some of the other suggestions i would like to add excersize. This would include walking (which is safe and often recommended during pregnancy). It is foten said that if there are no organic problems with the body, sometimes excersize can restore that balance. (Maybe because it brings our heart rate up?) Whatever the case is, if you are concered about and are willing to explore some of these options, you are on the right path, just dont dwell on it as this is aften a contributor (stress!) Guest guest
Elizabeth, With everything in mind, also consider COMMUNICATION. That is the basis of a relationship. Maybe your daily life style does not permit more time to spend together, but you can always find the time to Communicate your feelings and getting everything whethere bothering you or not into the open. This alone will lift alot of stress. I say this, because I used to council couples with relationship problems. And I myself have experienced it.
